The Land of Spiral and Fracture, abbreviated as LOSAF, is Serpaz Helilo's planet in the Medium.
Terrain
LOSAF is a grassy, forested planet whose surface is gouged with winding chasms and rivers. The vegetation, comprised mainly of large conifers and smaller shrub-like plants, seems to curl in on itself. The sky is teal with moss green clouds, though the two colors swirl together chaotically.
A large city is located on the side of a mountain. The city is primarily colored in pinks, purples and golds. It's noted that the consorts were congregating (or perchance, consorgrating) in this city at the time Occeus Coliad was visiting.
Upon solving a puzzle, a large staircase was revealed, leading below the planet's surface to the first checkpoint. Below the surface lies a cave-like terrain, being covered with dark brown formations and teal colored crystals, illuminated further down by green torches.
Inhabitants
LOSAF is inhabited by Serpaz herself and her consorts, omenbeasts (horses) dressed up in fancy clothes. There also seems to be an extant aristocracy of particularly posh omenbeasts known as the High Horses. The horse consorts seem to not take anything lightly, from responding in rude neighs to outright execution attempts, holding no mercy for Serpaz.
Herbert Butterhooves
Herbert Butterhooves is the first horse consort seen on LOSAF 
and the first Serpaz interacted with. She attempted to entertain him before getting on his back, angering him, and carrying Serpaz off as she talks to Laivan Ferroo. Serpaz gets thrown off by Herbert Butterhooves, interrupting a game of croquet played by the High Horses.
Lady Jocasta Haughtyhorse
Lady Jocasta Haughtyhorse is a horse consort that Occeus attempted to talk to for directions to find Serpaz , only to be met with a snort s.o. brazenly .o.ffensive and very rude and extra.o.rdinarily hateful.
Reginald Marmaladdie
Reginald Marmaladdie is a horse consort, presumably part of the High Horses, who was supposed to release the blade of the guillotine during Serpaz's execution before getting interrupted by Occeus.
Fizzlebop Snoutscone: The Ungovernable & Cornpuff Daddledeedle: The Honored
Fizzlebop Snoutscone: The Ungovernable and Cornpuff Daddledeedle: The Honored are two conjoined horse consorts at the first checkpoint of the planet .
Fizzlepop, described as a devilishly playful pony, offered Serpaz a path to the portal leading to Land of Daze and Lattice.
Cornpuff, described as a stalwart pragmatist, offered Serpaz a path to the portal of what appears to lead to Land of Mirage and Monochrome.
It's possible that they were also the conjoined horse consort seen in the background of page 1832 .

Trivia
- The city seen on the planet is the same as Canterlot from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, albeit with the sun design elements replaced with the symbol of Doom.
