Lively Stumblers
The Lively Stumblers are a set of alternate shufflers located in the Hotel California encountered by Charmed Defalcator.
The leader of the troupe is Jack's incarnation in the form of Simulant Sycophant. His subordinates are Defined Demonstrator, Holistic Bustler, and Clawback Declarant.[1]
Instead of committing fraud, the Lively Stumblers are a set of fiscal investigators.[2]

The Clawback Declarant (PCD) is a carapacian from Prospit and a member of the Lively Stumblers. He is an ardent monarchist who hates democracy.[3]
Personality
Clawback Declarant has noticeably more common sense than his fellow members of the Lively Stublers. While the rest of the group was perfectly fine being voluntarily captured by the Charmed Defalcator, Clawback Declarant was ardently opposed to the measure.[3]
Such outcomes generally occur with the Lively Stubblers, and it has caused PCD to be filled with a lot of aggression and hatred.[3]
Biography
However, his downfall came about by eating a lot of cosmic spaghetti like an idiot.[4]

Personality
Unlike the regular Dersite Jack Noir, the Simulant Sycophant seemingly has a soft personality. He refers to CD as little fella,[1] and he cries after Clawback Declarant dies from internal bleeding.[5]
