Her Rage aspect used to activate, as she was deeply hurt for what she had to do, and impressed the crowd. The wrestling announcer, [[Vilcus Cendum|Vilcus]], however, empathized with Taz's pain, offering himself to cover for her when she needed to escape to see her friends from the outside world. Eventually, Taz decided to help Vilcus' escape the Mirthamaniacs by faking his death and claiming to have killed him. Later, he told her if she wanted to get out of that place, she would have to "go pro" and commit to his orders, chaining herself permanently to the Mirthamaniacs, but getting persmission to have a life outside. <br /> <br /> According to Arcjec, she ruined his life by doing something that ended up changing him into who he is today.<br /> <br /> It can be inferred that this had something to do with her punching him in the face; when Arcjec began to run away crying from Taz's hive near the end of Act 1, his nose was bleeding rather heavily. When discussed, Taz shows a very stubborn and upset attitude towards the subject. However, you can see that she does have tears in her eyes in the panel if you look close enough. Showing she does potentially regret the incident.<br /> <br /> === Pre-game ===<br /> Shortly after Taz's introduction, she is messaged by [[Murrit Turkin|Murrit]], who tells her about the completion of a long-term project in the form of a game he wants everyone to play. Although Murrit's esoteric vernacular and vagueness frustrate Taz, she listens until Murrit tells her that she's going to have to get in contact with [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]], to which she outright refuses and ceases messaging the seadweller.<br /> <br /> Taz is then called away by the sound of her [[lusus]], a large aquatic mink, that she has been forced to keep from the ocean due the increasingly toxic environment and mutated undersea fauna. The lusus had apparently killed a nameless, bronze-blooded troll who had been loitering near Taz's hive; it was now impaled on a stalactite peaking out of the ocean neighboring the hive. Taz takes a moment to be grateful the poor troll didn't fall into the ocean depths, but admits that the troll probably is still better off dying on the spikes than being found by Taz, who would have beaten them to death.<br /> <br /> Taz then messages her moirail, [[Albion Shukra|Albion]], going over the details of her interactions with Murrit. When Albion makes a cryptic (but insincere) remark about knowing the future, Taz asks Albion if she might know anything about it. Albion admits she does not what Murrit might be planning but knows that the night was of great importance, as it was the night [[Repiton]] would finally crumble and the night she was expect to save it. Taz, a staunch non-believer of Albion's prophetic destiny, dismisses the notion as bullshit.<br /> <br /> Albion then repeats Murrit's sentiment and states that Taz really should try to reach out the Arcjec and finally try to work out their differences, instead of her merely trying to get his attention. Taz continues to be upset at the suggestion. Their conversation ends with Albion going over her destiny to merge with her lusus and salvage the remains of Repiton and the remaining troll species. Taz is left confused and concerned for her moirail. The resulting release unleashes [[The Game]], which installs itself onto all the trolls' main computers. Taz, dismayed at how her computer has apparently been taken over by The Game (and render it unable to do anything aside from using [[Skorpe]] and the game itself), messages Murrit, she comes to the logical conclusion that Murrit tampered with her computer, which he denies. Murrit, frustrated at Taz's continued refusal to listen to him, simply tells to reach out to Arcjec, and figure it out. Taz's game screen then switches to show Arcjec's hive. She sees Arcjec passed out on the floor covered in crumpled up parchment.<br /> <br /> When Arcjec finally awakens, Taz uses the game's cursor to drag Arcjec to his desk and look at his computer. The former friends bicker for some time before Taz forces Arcjec to look at the reality of the situation -- literally. When Arcjec dismisses Murrit's memo as an elaborate prank done by her and the seadweller, Taz retaliates by forcing him to look out his window and look at the meteor hurtling towards his hive. Realizing the gravity of the situation, Arcjec agrees to work with Taz, despite her constant antagonism.<br /> <br /> The two reach an uneasy truce (although mutually agree to avoid each other once everything is said and done) and begin working to unravel the secrets of The Game. Arcjec realizes that the symbols he's been writing in his sleep are connected to the game, and he begins inputting the symbols into the game window, while Taz inputs a set of codes she recieved from Murrit's memo. This allows Taz access to a set of objects to place in and outside of Arcjecs hive. Proceeding outside, Taz places a series of pillars and an archway outside Arcjec's hive, and a mysterious chest in Arcjec's room. Arcjec opens the chest, which unleashes a powerful gust of wind which send him hurtling out of his room (destroying the wall in the process). The wind blows Arcjec right in front of the archway, which activates into some sort of portal. Taz uses the game cursor to push Arcjec into the portal while he is dazed and makes him enter [[The Medium]]. Meanwhile, the pillars around Arcjec's hive divert the oncoming meteor into [[Skaia]], preventing its complete destruction.<br /> <br /> After Arcjec's abrupt entry, Taz briefly messages Arcjec and tells him to message her before moving on to working with Laivan on her own entry. She and [[Laivan Ferroo|Laivan]] struggle to figure out Taz's codes before they are both pulled into a memo made by [[Ellsee Raines]], who attempts to share her own knowledge on the game that she uncovered through her own means. The memo quickly goes off track and it isn't long before Taz gets frustrated and leaves. Laivan chides Taz for burning bridges that might have helped with their entry process.<br /> <br /> It is at this point that Taz's [[lusus]], overwhelmed by its desire to return to its natural aquatic habitat, jumps into [[The Black Depths]] and is very quickly eaten alive, to Taz's horror, sending her chucklevoodoo along with her rage into overdrive. The release of her frustrations on the cage calms Taz back down in the process. Upon making a deal with [[White Noise]] to rebuild the temple and notify her group of friends after he finished, they were awakened on the moon of [[Derse]] where he was apprehended by a group of con men known as [[Dead Shufflers|The Dead Shufflers]] and held hostage against the [[Black Queen]]. The game's Jack Noir, known as [[Scathing Sharper]], took a liking to Murrit rather quickly and as such acted as a sort of mentor to her, teaching them how they operated and turning them into a feared member of their gang, and in his waking life, a feared member of the remaining sea troll hierarchy.<br /> <br /> Some time afterward, Murrit sold the Shufflers out into servitude or hiding and completely changed his personality in some capacity before the events of the story began.<br /> ===Pre-Game===<br /> On the night of the game Murrit spends most of his time organizing and pushing people to go along with his plans, as well as playing [[Anthropormuncipality]] with [[Laivan Ferroo|a friend]]. They are first seen speaking with [[Tazsia|Taz]], trying to get her to listen to them about what's been set in motion. After Taz leaves the conversation and attempts to ignore what he said, Murrit messages Dismas and tells him to go outside. After a bit of an argument, Dismas begrudgingly asks Murrit to restate their past: their history as a small game peddler of pieces of the Frog Temple, to the deal with White Noise, and then their recruitment into the folds of the Dead Shufflers. Dismas emerges from his hive and comes face to face with a Boobdrone, a breast-shaped robot short for "Based Occulatory Operating Buddy Drone"{{VE|266}}. Murrit attempts to make an unimpressed Dismas give him a high-four, then a fistbump, then a pinkie swear, to which Dismas retaliates with a middle finger. Murrit responds with a slap in the face, then tells Dismas to look up to see a giant meteor hurtling towards Repiton. After a moment of shock from Dismas, Murrit tells him to look up again to see his [[Lusus#Skulltitan lusus|lusus]], a giant Skulltitan, preparing to strike at Dismas with an atomic blast. He equips his strife specibus, [[2xdaggerkind]], and prepares to battle his guardian as Murrit records on the Boobdrone. Murrit promises to play a game of Anthropormuncipality with Laivan and the countdown on the flower pod's pedestal ends. The flower opens and lets out a bright beam of light that splits into twelve, installing The Game on the main cast's computers.<br /> <br /> Murrit is knocked onto his ass by the blossom and immediately messaged by Taz, angry at the game window currently taking up her screen and leaving her computer to do anything else but use Skorpe, having come to the conclusion that Murrit had something to do with it. Murrit, annoyed at Taz's refusal to listen, simply tells her to figure it out and ends the conversation.<br /> <br /> Not soon after, Murrit sends a mass memo to the main cast (with the exception of [[Ellsee Raines|a troll he didn't deem important enough to receive the information]]) informing them of the nature of The Game. They receive a message from who they think to be Arcjec, though it's revealed to be [[Ellsee Raines|Ellsee]] messaging her through Arcjec's Skorpe account, demanding to know what was going on and why she was excluded. Murrit promptly tells her to go fuck herself, dropping his quirk. Murrit sharply tells her to stay away away from the rest of the cast and the game if she actually cares about any of them before ceasing to message a confused and peeved Ellsee.<br /> <br /> During [S] Arcjec: Enter, Murrit is shown playing aforementioned rounds of Anthropormuncipality with Laivan as promised. <br /> <br /> Murrit was included in Ellsee's memo, but immediately withdrew from it.<br /> <br /> After the memo, Laivan messages Murrit asking if she's ready to play and why she left. Murrit tells him to just trust them and asks if Laivan's ready back.<br /> <br /> The scene switches to Boobdrone harassing Dismas, half submerged in a stream, with its auto chatter function. After a nasty altercation with his lusus, Dismas comes out alive but with a broken arm and generally heavily injured. He is once again approached by the Boobdrone, now being piloted by Murrit. Dismas tells Murrit that he's officially out of commission on the count of his broken arm, which his healing factor can't immediately fix like the rest of him. Dismas calls Murrit out for nearly getting him killed for his sick little videos, complaining about their (recently exacerbated) tendency to act oblivious to the consequences of their actions. Murrit asks if he wants an apology, catching Dismas off guard, but he states that he knows better than to expect more from the seadweller. In an effort to make Dismas feel better and get him to move, he brings Dismas' moirail into a [[Skorpe]] call, [[Jentha Briati]]. An upset and frantic Jentha asks Murrit about Dismas' wellbeing, as Murrit had told her that he had been killed to get her to join said call. Dismas comforts Jentha and she tries to get a better understanding of the situation, as Murrit had failed to explain anything clearly to her, as usual.<br /> <br /> Murrit states she's ready for Dismas to act as his server player for the game. Dismas and Jentha tells Murrit to fuck off on the count of Dismas' condition and Murrit being entirely at fault for it. Murrit tells them she's hatched a plan to get Dismas back to his hive, as they have another Boobdrone push an ore-powered minecart onto the nearby rails.<br /> <br /> Dismas and Jentha do not like Murrit's plan, and point out a number of its flaws. Dismas brings up [[Albion Shukra|Albion]], who had appeared to not be acting like herself and was being abnormally cryptic (unbeknownst to him, she had been possessed by her [[Ancestors|Ancestor]]), but Murrit dismisses this and states that she appears to be acting normally. Jentha points out that Dismas' [[lusus]] is likely back in Dismas' hive, but Murrit tells her that it's under control. Finally Dismas reminds Murrit that his computer has been damaged and will likely be unable to run the game properly. Murrit tells Dismas that they will just have to work as a team to get the job done. Resentful, but seeing no other options, Dismas reluctantly agrees with the plan. Dismas is lifted onto the cart by the drone, sets the carrier's speed to max and proceeds to MELT TRACK with the Boobdrone in tow.<br /> <br /> On the sandy beach in front of her hive, Murrit's entrance into the game is put in jeopardy. Her paragon repository is trapped in a cube of ice, unable to be melted in time to release her [[Denizen]] before the meteor hits. Suddenly, the ice block and the hourglass inside it shatter, unleashing the [[Gusion|Denizen of Time]] inside. As Murrit rushes into the portal after him, [[Weird Al|two]] [[Edolon Vryche|characters]] are shown, one with [[Narayan Code|symbols]] in the color of the [[Aspect#Time|Time aspect]] on his palms.<br /> <br /> ===During the Game===<br /> Murrit's meeting platform with their Denizen is not shown.<br /> <br /> After his entry, Murrit is shown having an argument with [[Metatron]] regarding of the Game and White Noise on the [[Land of Wave and Record]] as his [[consorts]] watch. Murrit questions Metatron's ties to White Noise, asking if they weren't playing their part in setting up the game correctly, citing his view on killing off [[Ellsee Raines|a part of the group]] to keep the rest of them safe. Metatron replies that if they'd actually kill her, their entire session would fail, to which Murrit replies that he wasn't made aware of. Metatron presses Murrit to describe what he saw, accompanied by a flashback: Ellsee preforming a ritual gone wrong, and a warning to fear what was coming, shown in [S] WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM.<br /> <br /> === Post EOA2 ===<br /> In the reopened memo, Murrit ignores multiple tags from [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]] only to respond at the last minute with deflective bullshit, then banning themself from the memo to avoid further questioning. She's then shown bringing several personal items onto her planet via Boobdrones (and thus instantly breaking Arcjec's rule to only go back to Repiton if necessary) while having a conversation with [[Tee Hanos]], one of his [[Planets|planet]]'s [[consorts]]. Tee Hanos reveals Murrit's responsibility of the ruination of the [[Land of Wave and Record]], giving a warning that if they didn't undo the damage, the platypus consorts would have his head.<br /> <br /> ==Personality and Traits==<br /> Murrit is a troll with a complex and overly esoteric personality, being generally hard to decipher due to his penchant for misdirecting and confusing people on purpose. He presents an over-the-top front of being a skeevy and perverted troll with a love of all forms of debauchery. She deliberately speaks in a way that is annoying, slang-filled and inconsistent that often leaves the people he interacts with confused and frustrated. Not much is known about their actual personality, to the point that Murrit themself may not be sure of their true interests and demeanor. However, he has been shown to be serious and aggressive when provoked by someone who he thinks is a threat.<br /> <br /> Murrit has little to no interest in the hierarchy of blood-castes and sea-dweller nobility. She finds both concepts completely irrelevant and outdated on a dying planet with a critically endangered sea-dweller population (to the frustration of a [[Calder Kerian|certain other magenta-blooded troll]]). Dismas generally acts like he's completely tired of Murrit's bullshit, but goes along with it anyway and does seem to be able to talk to him without resorting to usual rival-istic behavior. Upon making a deal with [[White Noise]] to rebuild the temple and notify her group of friends after he finished, they were awakened on the moon of [[Derse]] where he was apprehended by a group of con men known as [[Dead Shufflers|The Dead Shufflers]] and held hostage against the [[Black Queen]]. The game's Jack Noir, known as [[Scathing Sharper]], took a liking to Murrit rather quickly and as such acted as a sort of mentor to her, teaching them how they operated and turning them into a feared member of their gang, and in his waking life, a feared member of the remaining sea troll hierarchy.<br /> <br /> Some time afterward, Murrit sold the Shufflers out into servitude or hiding and completely changed his personality in some capacity before the events of the story began.<br /> ===Pre-Game===<br /> On the night of the game Murrit spends most of his time organizing and pushing people to go along with his plans, as well as playing [[Anthropormuncipality]] with [[Laivan Ferroo|a friend]]. They are first seen speaking with [[Tazsia|Taz]], trying to get her to listen to them about what's been set in motion. After Taz leaves the conversation and attempts to ignore what he said, Murrit messages Dismas and tells him to go outside. After a bit of an argument, Dismas begrudgingly asks Murrit to restate their past: their history as a small game peddler of pieces of the Frog Temple, to the deal with White Noise, and then their recruitment into the folds of the Dead Shufflers. Dismas emerges from his hive and comes face to face with a Boobdrone, a breast-shaped robot short for "Based Occulatory Operating Buddy Drone"{{VE|266}}. Murrit attempts to make an unimpressed Dismas give him a high-four, then a fistbump, then a pinkie swear, to which Dismas retaliates with a middle finger. Murrit responds with a slap in the face, then tells Dismas to look up to see a giant meteor hurtling towards Repiton. After a moment of shock from Dismas, Murrit tells him to look up again to see his [[Lusus#Skulltitan lusus|lusus]], a giant Skulltitan, preparing to strike at Dismas with an atomic blast. He equips his strife specibus, [[2xdaggerkind]], and prepares to battle his guardian as Murrit records on the Boobdrone. They receive a message from who they think to be Arcjec, though it's revealed to be [[Ellsee Raines|Ellsee]] messaging her through Arcjec's Skorpe account, demanding to know what was going on and why she was excluded. Murrit tells him to just trust them and asks if Laivan's ready back.<br /> <br /> The scene switches to Boobdrone harassing Dismas, half submerged in a stream, with its auto chatter function. After a nasty altercation with his lusus, Dismas comes out alive but with a broken arm and generally heavily injured. He is once again approached by the Boobdrone, now being piloted by Murrit. Dismas tells Murrit that he's officially out of commission on the count of his broken arm, which his healing factor can't immediately fix like the rest of him. Dismas calls Murrit out for nearly getting him killed for his sick little videos, complaining about their (recently exacerbated) tendency to act oblivious to the consequences of their actions. Murrit asks if he wants an apology, catching Dismas off guard, but he states that he knows better than to expect more from the seadweller. In an effort to make Dismas feel better and get him to move, he brings Dismas' moirail into a [[Skorpe]] call, [[Jentha Briati]]. An upset and frantic Jentha asks Murrit about Dismas' wellbeing, as Murrit had told her that he had been killed to get her to join said call. Dismas comforts Jentha and she tries to get a better understanding of the situation, as Murrit had failed to explain anything clearly to her, as usual.<br /> <br /> Murrit states she's ready for Dismas to act as his server player for the game. Dismas and Jentha tells Murrit to fuck off on the count of Dismas' condition and Murrit being entirely at fault for it. Murrit tells them she's hatched a plan to get Dismas back to his hive, as they have another Boobdrone push an ore-powered minecart onto the nearby rails.<br /> <br /> Dismas and Jentha do not like Murrit's plan, and point out a number of its flaws. Dismas brings up [[Albion Shukra|Albion]], who had appeared to not be acting like herself and was being abnormally cryptic (unbeknownst to him, she had been possessed by her [[Ancestors|Ancestor]]), but Murrit dismisses this and states that she appears to be acting normally. Jentha points out that Dismas' [[lusus]] is likely back in Dismas' hive, but Murrit tells her that it's under control. Finally Dismas reminds Murrit that his computer has been damaged and will likely be unable to run the game properly. Murrit tells Dismas that they will just have to work as a team to get the job done. Resentful, but seeing no other options, Dismas reluctantly agrees with the plan. Dismas is lifted onto the cart by the drone, sets the carrier's speed to max and proceeds to MELT TRACK with the Boobdrone in tow.<br /> <br /> On the sandy beach in front of her hive, Murrit's entrance into the game is put in jeopardy. Her paragon repository is trapped in a cube of ice, unable to be melted in time to release her [[Denizen]] before the meteor hits. Suddenly, the ice block and the hourglass inside it shatter, unleashing the [[Gusion|Denizen of Time]] inside. As Murrit rushes into the portal after him, [[Weird Al|two]] [[Edolon Vryche|characters]] are shown, one with [[Narayan Code|symbols]] in the color of the [[Aspect#Time|Time aspect]] on his palms.<br /> <br /> ===During the Game===<br /> Murrit's meeting platform with their Denizen is not shown.<br /> <br /> After his entry, Murrit is shown having an argument with [[Metatron]] regarding of the Game and White Noise on the [[Land of Wave and Record]] as his [[consorts]] watch. Metatron presses Murrit to describe what he saw, accompanied by a flashback: Ellsee preforming a ritual gone wrong, and a warning to fear what was coming, shown in [S] WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM.<br /> <br /> === Post EOA2 ===<br /> In the reopened memo, Murrit ignores multiple tags from [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]] only to respond at the last minute with deflective bullshit, then banning themself from the memo to avoid further questioning. She's then shown bringing several personal items onto her planet via Boobdrones (and thus instantly breaking Arcjec's rule to only go back to Repiton if necessary) while having a conversation with [[Tee Hanos]], one of his [[Planets|planet]]'s [[consorts]]. Tee Hanos reveals Murrit's responsibility of the ruination of the [[Land of Wave and Record]], giving a warning that if they didn't undo the damage, the platypus consorts would have his head.<br /> <br /> ==Personality and Traits==<br /> Murrit is a troll with a complex and overly esoteric personality, being generally hard to decipher due to his penchant for misdirecting and confusing people on purpose. He presents an over-the-top front of being a skeevy and perverted troll with a love of all forms of debauchery. She deliberately speaks in a way that is annoying, slang-filled and inconsistent that often leaves the people he interacts with confused and frustrated. Not much is known about their actual personality, to the point that Murrit themself may not be sure of their true interests and demeanor. However, he has been shown to be serious and aggressive when provoked by someone who he thinks is a threat.<br /> <br /> Murrit has little to no interest in the hierarchy of blood-castes and sea-dweller nobility. She finds both concepts completely irrelevant and outdated on a dying planet with a critically endangered sea-dweller population (to the frustration of a [[Calder Kerian|certain other magenta-blooded troll]]). It is inferred that the work wasn't negotiable and quite a lot of murder was involved.<br /> <br /> Murrit appears to take a tough-love stance towards Dismas, regularly helping Dismas in a roundabout, incomprehensible manner through the use of his Boobdrone and in person. Dismas generally acts like he's completely tired of Murrit's bullshit, but goes along with it anyway and does seem to be able to talk to him without resorting to usual rival-istic behavior. [[Jentha Briati|Jentha]] seems to be forceful and willing to put her foot down when interacting with Murrit on the behalf of her moirail, and outright insults and calls out the seadweller when he's acting especially terrible, a possible result of [[Dismas Mersiv|Dismas']] influence. Despite this, she doesn't seem to hate Murrit by any means and just seems to think of her as a 'stupidhead'.<br /> <br /> === Laivan Ferroo===<br /> [[Laivan Ferroo|Laivan]] is one of Murrit's closest friends, with the two sharing a passion for Anthropormuncipality and a destiny in leading everyone to play the game they recovered from the Frog Temple. Laivan is one of the few trolls who isn't put off by Murrit's bizarre quirks and even jokingly calls them out on it. Murrit is often more honest around Laivan in turn and does not seem to harass him as harshly as some others, even though he isn't free from it either.<br /> <br /> ===Tazsia Poemme===<br /> [[Tazsia Poemme|Taz]] is one of the few trolls to not be immediately put off by Murrit's scummy, perverted façade, to the point that she's actually somewhat fond of the sea-dweller. Despite this, Taz will not put up with any of Murrit's bullshit and is ready to drop her ass whenever he's not being helpful. Murrit on the other hand enjoys toying with Taz and her temper, but does try his best to actually be useful to her once in a while as well. Though they also have their tipping point and have left Taz on her ass just as badly as she has done to him.<br /> <br /> This nicer relationship is however, undercut by his constant mention and nicknaming of Taz's breasts in their conversations -- something that Taz surprisingly doesn't seem to get onto him about as much as you'd think she would.<br /> <br /> ===Ellsee Raines ===<br /> Due to Murrit's viewing of an occult ritual to contact her parents, Murrit greatly dislikes [[Ellsee Raines|Ellsee]], and distrusts her even more so, to the point that Murrit actively tries to keep Ellsee out of the game and threatens her.
