In the [[Solitary Universe]], the '''Hyperthetical''' is the conceptual state of time itself, an equilibrium where all past, present, and potential future events occur simultaneously.

It is represented symbolically as a tree, the base embodying the ongoing present, or "true timeline" of the story's events; the roots standing for the past, what has already happened and cannot be changed; and the branches representing the infinite possibilities of the future.

Probabilities are solely predicated on what wasn't done, only taking into account what has been done up until the point from which they split off from the true timeline. Because of this, there comes a point for every probability where they {{VE quote|murrit|>([stop making sense and fall apart]}}, at which point logic begins to rupture and {{VE quote|murrit|>([anything goes]}}, which can allow for otherwise impossible things to occur such as [[Murrit Turkin#Alt.21Murrit|a probability influencing the true timeline]].

''Homestuck''<nowiki/>'s main premise is that of a group of human friends playing a hyperreal sandbox/adventure game that causes the apocalypse of their home planet, Earth, and their own transportation into an alternate dimension known as The Medium as a means to play the game. They learn of their destined roles as holders of aspects of reality, with their ultimate aim being to create a new universe to inhabit using the means the game provides.

Throughout their quests, they are contacted by a group of internet trolls who are eventually revealed to be members of an actual alien species known as trolls. These twelve particular trolls are the last of their kind, having played their own session of the same game but being unable to finish due to circumstances retroactively brought about by the humans' session — the humans' own universe being the universe created by the trolls' session, one that was doomed from the start by forces greater than any of them could ever know.

The humans and the trolls then work together to salvage the remains of their respective sessions and use a game-provided means to reset the humans' universe in hopes of being able to finish the game in the new session and continue the cycle of existence. In the process, the humans rise to very high states of power over their aspects, each by inadvertently ascending to the god tiers, the highest levels one can achieve. Only one of the trolls had reached this state in their session, and one other also achieves this state after their session.

As the trolls assist the humans, rising tensions among their own party as well as the violent tendencies they had all been groomed into by their society result in the deaths of about half of the group. The remaining trolls meet one half of the human party, the other half having taken a different route to the new session.

After a three-year gap spent traversing the incomprehensible void between the collapsing human session, the now-desolate troll session, and the new post-reset human session, all surviving members of both sessions rendezvous at the new session, where all hell breaks loose. Due to the convening of multiple antagonistic forces and the unpreparedness of the players to deal with it, all having been sowed by the highest antagonist of all, the session meets a calamitous end.

At this point, the first and main character of the comic, having inadvertently gained an unrestricted amount of power over the entire narrative of the story, retcons a select few moments of the past to ensure that the disaster that struck and all things that led up to it never come to pass. These actions turn the final conflict heavily into their favor, and the players manage to survive the battle and finally step into their new universe.

The '''Hemospectrum''' is the spectrum of blood colors possessed by [[troll]]s. It comes with a certain set of social and biological implications.

== Social Aspects ==
Although current-day [[Repiton]] no longer upholds any sort of strict, blood-based caste system, the impacts of the old hierarchy can still be felt by its population. As a carry over from [[the Renaissance]], certain groups hold contempt for the lower shades (namely, the [[Mirthamaniacs]]), even if those beliefs are highly frowned upon by society at large. Furthermore, higher shades hold a certain level of inherited privilege from the Renaissance, being able to trace their lineages back much more easily and claim any respective material inheritances left behind by [[ancestors]].

Due to [[Caesar Consceleratus Persolus|Caesar's]] actions from the same time period, the fuchsiablood caste was eradicated, and the violetblood severely diminished. As a consequence, the surviving violetblood seadwellers are considered a protected group by the [[Repiton Corporation]]. Unlike the other blood shades, they are given lifelong grants and housing, so as to guarantee the preservation of the nearly extinct caste.

Jadebloods are also relatively lower in number, being the only caste in the hemospectrum to hold a sense of unity among themselves. They are expected to, in one way or another, contribute to the reduplication process and/or the rearing of grubs in the schooling facilities underground.

It is customary for Repitonians to both type in and adorn certain parts of their outfits in their blood color.

Although blood shades are split into specific categories and subcategories, Repitonians display an effectively limitless variety of specific blood colors. It is near impossible to find two trolls who share the exact same shade of blood.

Repitonians spanning the redblood to greenblood spectrum will, more often than not, possess certain innate lineage specific abilities geared toward survival. They are usually defensive in nature. Examples include: the [[Arcjec Voorat|Voorat]] ability to "play dead", the [[Dismas Mersiv|Mersiv]] healing factor and the [[Sova Amalie|Amalie]] pacifying voice.

Tealbloods seem to be more susceptible to mutations, such as [[Secily Iopara|Secily's]] perfect recall and [[Turnin Kaikai|Turnin's]] metabolism, but this has not been explicitly stated.

After countless attempts across several versions of the universe with several species playing [[The Game]], [[Repiton]] is now the final planet able to have a chance at freeing [[Kheparia]] from her cyclical nature from within the [[Solitary Universe]] due to [[White Noise]] nearing death. The source of his power, the {{Green Sun|link}}, is close to the end of its lifespan. Without it there can be no more sessions and no more chances to free Kheparia, ensuring the end of all existence to the pleasure of [[Gaiaeon]]. White Noise takes this initiative and attempts to craft the most perfect variant of The Game for the trolls to play. It is still unsuccessful through normal means, however, a failsafe can be crafted that allows them to properly finish The Game and achieve their goal. White Noise has taken extreme measures within the cast and, supposedly, their planets' [[The Renaissance|history]] and [[Ancestors|ancestry]] to ensure this.

A majority of the trolls are unaware of their purpose and of The Game itself until the day when Repiton would supposedly end. They are stated to be a team of eleven with the exclusion of [[Ellsee Raines|Ellsee]], but she ends up finding about The Game regardless and, through the words of her ancestor within a journal given to her along at birth, becomes a useful tool in the remaining trolls entry processes due to her knowing the personal entry codes of the cast.

The rest of the trolls game session is yet to be seen.

== Biology==
Repitonian trolls do not reproduce in person, nor with the aid of a {{MSPAW External|Mother_Grub|Mother Grub}} as Alternian and Beforan trolls do. Instead, Repitonian trolls are asked to go to a local reproduction stable a few times within their lifespan and leave behind some form of genetic material for a Service Droid who attempts to make your experience personal and comfortable. The more DNA a troll leaves within the system, the more prominent the genes will become within the donors eventual descendant. Descendants are normally made several sweeps after the donor troll has died, with the donor becoming that trolls ancestor.

Trolls are then made in an artificial birthing process within a corporate facility with the DNA left behind by the donors. They are essentially cloned using a device known as the [[Reduplicator]], using the genes of donors to create new trolls of a similar genetic makeup. The further processes of early life on Repiton are currently unknown, though we can assume there are more notable differences from other types of trolls in ''Homestuck'' and ''Hiveswap''. One of which being that trolls may possibly attend some form of "school" along with the fact that they choose their names upon first being born with the aid of creatures known as Accouchement Golems. This fact leading to most trolls having very odd names that don't make any sense as actual words and that some trolls end up greatly disliking their names growing up, leading to nicknames being a very common occurrence on the planet.

According to [[Occeus Coliad|Occeus]], Post-Renaissance trolls only have a lifespan of 28-55 sweeps while Pre-Renaissance trolls had a much longer lifespan.

===Bonding===
When two trolls in a "Romantic" romance officially couple sexually and cement themselves fully into their fully-fledged red or black quadrant, the two are then emotionally and chemically bound to one another in the process. To have and to hold one another for as long as they may live.

After this act is complete, the couple must then frequent in each others presence or suffer consequences likened to a sort of addiction withdrawal. This normally never happens unless the partner is extremely absent for long periods or perishes to another.

A sad fact of all romantic entanglements is that they have the possibility to fail. Given the intense nature and selection progress for partners in any quadrant, a majority of these splits are amicable. However, in troll society, it is considered a taboo to split post-physical coupling.

In the event that this happens, with or without support to help you through it, the symptoms of addiction withdrawal can eventually be broken off through self-treatment and care; but it is an extremely tedious, long and painful process.

Though even with this help, the emotional attachment to the lost coupled relationship will never wither afterward.

The act of recoupling a bonded relationship in the same quadrant is also considered a taboo.

After countless attempts across several versions of the universe with several species playing [[The Game]], [[Repiton]] is now the final planet able to have a chance at freeing [[Kheparia]] from her cyclical nature from within the [[Solitary Universe]] due to [[White Noise]] nearing death. The source of his power, the {{Green Sun|link}}, is close to the end of its lifespan. Without it there can be no more sessions and no more chances to free Kheparia, ensuring the end of all existence to the pleasure of [[Gaiaeon]]. White Noise takes this initiative and attempts to craft the most perfect variant of The Game for the trolls to play. It is still unsuccessful through normal means, however, a failsafe can be crafted that allows them to properly finish The Game and achieve their goal. White Noise has taken extreme measures within the cast and, supposedly, their planets' [[The Renaissance|history]] and [[Ancestors|ancestry]] to ensure this.

A majority of the trolls are unaware of their purpose and of The Game itself until the day when Repiton would supposedly end. They are stated to be a team of eleven with the exclusion of [[Ellsee Raines|Ellsee]], but she ends up finding about The Game regardless and, through the words of her ancestor within a journal given to her along at birth, becomes a useful tool in the remaining trolls entry processes due to her knowing the personal entry codes of the cast.

The rest of the trolls game session is yet to be seen.

== Biology ==
Repitonian trolls do not reproduce in person, nor with the aid of a {{MSPAW External|Mother_Grub|Mother Grub}} as Alternian and Beforan trolls do. Instead, Repitonian trolls are asked to go to a local reproduction stable a few times within their lifespan and leave behind some form of genetic material for a Service Droid who attempts to make your experience personal and comfortable. The more DNA a troll leaves within the system, the more prominent the genes will become within the donors eventual descendant. Descendants are normally made several sweeps after the donor troll has died, with the donor becoming that trolls ancestor.

Trolls are then made in an artificial birthing process within a corporate facility with the DNA left behind by the donors. They are essentially cloned using a device known as the [[Reduplicator]], using the genes of donors to create new trolls of a similar genetic makeup. The further processes of early life on Repiton are currently unknown, though we can assume there are more notable differences from other types of trolls in ''Homestuck'' and ''Hiveswap''. One of which being that trolls may possibly attend some form of "school" along with the fact that they choose their names upon first being born with the aid of creatures known as Accouchement Golems. This fact leading to most trolls having very odd names that don't make any sense as actual words and that some trolls end up greatly disliking their names growing up, leading to nicknames being a very common occurrence on the planet.

According to [[Occeus Coliad|Occeus]], Post-Renaissance trolls only have a lifespan of 28-55 sweeps while Pre-Renaissance trolls had a much longer lifespan.

=== Bonding ===
When two trolls in a "Romantic" romance officially couple sexually and cement themselves fully into their fully-fledged red or black quadrant, the two are then emotionally and chemically bound to one another in the process. To have and to hold one another for as long as they may live.

After this act is complete, the couple must then frequent in each others presence or suffer consequences likened to a sort of addiction withdrawal. This normally never happens unless the partner is extremely absent for long periods or perishes to another.

A sad fact of all romantic entanglements is that they have the possibility to fail. Given the intense nature and selection progress for partners in any quadrant, a majority of these splits are amicable. However, in troll society, it is considered a taboo to split post-physical coupling.

In the event that this happens, with or without support to help you through it, the symptoms of addiction withdrawal can eventually be broken off through self-treatment and care; but it is an extremely tedious, long and painful process.

Though even with this help, the emotional attachment to the lost coupled relationship will never wither afterward.

The act of recoupling a bonded relationship in the same quadrant is also considered a taboo.

Her associated alchemic sigil is Gold and she is the Witch of Doom. Her three horns all point outward from her head, with the central horn pointing frontwards. She is a deconstruction of the "Comedic Relief" fantroll archetype.

She was the tenth troll introduced and the fourth troll properly introduced in [[Vast Error: Act 2|Act 2]]. She was also the seventh troll to enter the game.

==Etymology==
Serpaz, when translated from Kurdish, means 'the serpent'. ''Ser paz'' is Spanish for "to be peace". Helilo, when translated from Estonian, means 'soundtrack'. It could also come from 'helio', the Greek word for sun, since in alchemy the Sun is heavily linked with gold.

== Biography ==

=== Six Sweeps ===
Serpaz was once the kismesis of [[Calder Kerian]], and was evidently a positive fixture in the sea-dweller's life. However, at some point, the two ended their relationship. Some time after this, she was accidentally shot in the leg by [[Laivan Ferroo|Laivan]] during one of his hunting excursions. The incident would change Serpaz's life forever, as it would lead her to be permanently disabled, but also lead her to meet the love of her life. She was also somehow acquainted with [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]] during this time, and notably knew him prior to the event that led to his current depressive demeanor.

=== Pre-Game ===
After her introduction and playing the accordian, she is suddenly messaged by [[Edolon Vryche]], who claims to want to help her. Serpaz declines. Soon after this, she messages her friend [[Sovara Amalie|Sova]], and then [[Albion Shukra|Albion]]. After speaking to the two, she opens her front door to be greeted by Edolon, who she closes the door on. He manages to enter her hive regardless which makes Serpaz upset. She proceeds to shoot him with her nail gun, threatening to shoot him more if he doesn't leave. Edolon ends up picking Serpaz up and slamming her onto the ground, then shows her the damage the creatures have caused to her hive.

Serpaz is included in Arcjec's memo, but doesn't respond. This is likely because she was dealing with Edolon at the time.

Later on, we see the creatures have tied Serpaz to her wall as Edolon messages Albion through Serpaz's laptop. Serpaz manages to break free of The Creatures grasp, and equips a fire gun. After lighting her paragon repository with it and releasing her denizen, Edolon shows Serpaz her entry codes. These actions activate her entry portal.

Later, in "[S] Ellsee: Enter.", Serpaz is seen trying to fight off Edolon only to get distracted by her lusus, who was captured and bound by the creatures. Edolon takes advantage of her being distracted and pushes her into to her entry portal. He snarkly bids farewell to her as she's falling through with a distressed look.

Serpaz is shown going through her entry portal as well as being on her planet, however her platform has not been shown.

In a memo created by Arcjec, Serpaz tells everyone that when she had met her denizen it had begun laughing at her, which made her feel distraught at first. After a moment, though, she started laughing along with him. Serpaz also states that it seems 'Omenbeasts', a mythic creature on repiton (known as horses to the viewers), are very real on her planet. This implied her consorts are omenbeasts/horses, which is later confirmed. She also described her land as having "winding canyons."

== Personality and Traits ==
Serpaz is a very upbeat and generally lighthearted troll even in the worst of situations. Her ecstatic and jokey nature carry her through most of her conversations, and she's amazing at improv banter. She's someone who believes mistakes can turn into miracles. While she's definitely a mostly positive influence, she doesn't seem to have an understanding of how negative emotions affect others, lacking empathy. Her mindset is infused with toxic positivity and she can easily make others uncomfortable as a result of this. Her inability to be empathetic is caused by her lusus, Lefty, who feeds on any and all negative emotions Serpaz experiences, keeping her constantly happy and preventing her from handling her own emotions.

She's a lover of stand up comedy, puns and all sorts of light-hearted tomfoolery. She considers herself a stand-up comedian on her own right, albeit one of middling quality. Among her favorite comedians are Troll Jerry Seinfeld, Troll John Mulaney, Troll Robin Williams, Troll Dave Chappelle and formerly; Troll [[Weird Al]].

She's an aspiring architect and carpenter, constantly works towards outdoing her greatest project. However she tends to take a lot of breaks while working and has a habit of never finishing her ambitious projects because of how many ideas she has. Along with this she has a bad habit of accidentally hurting herself over and over again while on the job.

She is also an amateur accordion player but pretends to not enjoy it to reduce the temptation of playing it and cursing herself to a conversation with Edolon, who she obtained it from. Her lusus, Lefty, loves it though.

Serpaz is very fond of her Compecado lusus, and the two appear to be very close. Lefty was shown to be very protective of Serpaz when she was shot by Laivan and attempted to attack him and Mutt for hurting her.

Lefty sucks out any negative emotions Serpaz experiences, as shown after her first conversation with Edolon.

=== Laivan Ferroo ===
[[Laivan Ferroo|Laivan]] and Serpaz are [[Quadrants|matesprits]] and appear to be as close as two can be. The couple met two sweeps prior to the night of [[The Game]], when Laivan accidentally shot Serpaz in the leg during a hunting excursion, which left Serpaz permanently unable to use that leg without a cane or brace. Apparently, they fell in love within the night due to this accident, the absurdity of which is something that does not elude them. Serpaz is evidently more comfortable with making light of the accident than Laivan is, for obvious reasons.

=== Calder Kerian ===
[[Calder Kerian|Calder]] and Serpaz were previously in a [[Quadrants|kismessitude]]. Prior to the end of their relationship, she used to push Calder to try new hobbies to get out of his own head. Calder still keeps pictures of Serpaz on the walls of his hive, as well as the model ship she gifted to him to have him make.

=== Sovara Amalie ===
[[Sovara Amalie|Sova]] is an old friend of Serpaz and Laivan, but they seem to have fallen out of touch with her prior to the events of [[the Game]]. The couple appears to be quite fond of and protective of Sova, apparently having saved her from something in the past and have possibly played a part in helping Sova get her current lodgings and belongings.

Serpaz appears to be slightly closer to Sova than Laivan is, likely due to her outgoing and jovial personality compared to Laivan's more laidback and quiet nature. However, while well-meaning, Serpaz is pretty bad at advising Sova when she is dealing with her emotional hang-ups and trauma, due to her own outlook of dealing with sadness and pain.

Serpaz and [[Arcjec Voorat|Arcjec]] are acquainted and have known each other for at least two sweeps. She regards Arcjec as a sad troll, but that he wasn't so sad when she first met him. She is aware that Laivan continually attempts to get Arcjec to open up and speak to him.

Serpaz and [[Murrit Turkin|Murrit]] are implied to be friends. On Laivan's laptop background the hand in front of Serpaz and him is Murrit's, which means she is the one who took the photo. The '''Sylladex''' is the inventory system in ''[[Vast Error]]'', lifted {{MSPAW External|Sylladex|from ''Homestuck''.}}. Most player-controlled characters have a Sylladex to store and retrieve artifacts from, which consists of two decks of cards: the Captchalogue Deck and the [[Strife Deck]].

The word "sylladex" is presumably a portmanteau of "syllabus" and "index"; its plural is "sylladices". It's also possible that it's parodying the "Pokedex" from the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokémon Pokémon] series.

==Captchalogue Deck==
The word "captchalogue" is a portmanteau of the words "captcha" and "catalogue". The word "captcha" hints the codes on the back of each card.

The Captchalogue Deck is where artifacts are stored to be used later. Artifacts of any size and shape are stored on Captchalogue Cards, and while stored, they have no physical size or weight, making the Sylladex much like a [[Wikipedia:Magic satchel|magic satchel]].

Some sylladices can store larger objects than others.

However, there is a limit to how many different items can be captchalogued, based on the number of cards in the character's deck. Captchalogue cards can be added to the Captchalogue Deck by captchaloguing them and then forcing them out of the deck. Once a player has too many cards to line up side-by-side on the screen, the cards are arranged in stacks.

Additionally, living things can also be captchalogued. However, it is unknown what it feels like to be inside a captchalogue card. It is also unknown if a person can captchalogue themselves, though this would probably be unlikely since doing so would create an infinite recursive loop due to the captchalougue card being held by the player, who is stored in the card.

==Fetch Modi==
The fashions in which artifacts are stored to and retrieved from the Sylladex depend on the currently active Fetch Modus. The active Fetch Modus can be chosen as long as the Sylladex has the card with the desired Fetch Modus. Each Fetch Modus has a unique color given to all Captchalogue cards in a Sylladex that uses it. When outside of a Sylladex, Captchalogue cards are red. Each Fetch Modus is more different from the last: some Fetch Modi are based on data structures, some are based on popular board games, some are just mundane.

Once captchalogued, a ghost image of an item captchalogued also appears in the inventory and the two forms of the items are linked.

When retrieving an item, the user can either retrieve the real item, retreive the ghost image item, or eject the captchalogued item completely. This would effectively be retrieving the real item while getting rid of the phantom. Phantom items, when used, usually have a stronger intended effect of the real item but have the potential to ruin the real item rather quickly.

A single captcha card holds a spot in the middle, which will always be a white card. It is also surrounded by an equal number of inaccessible black cards and accessible green cards.

The center card can be accessed and can have something new put in it at any time. Doing either of these actions will alter the arrangement of the spirograph.

Certain, usually complex, configurations will have some cards more accessible and others more inaccessible. If the center card is removed, depending on the configuration another specific card will be slotted into the center. Vice versa for if a card is added to the center slot. If a card is removed from a position that ISN'T the center, the configuration will change, but the center card will not.

However, more simple alterations will allow sets of cards to be moved around, without changing the graph, such as switching certain levels with each other.

Removing any currently accessible card, or adding an extra card, will change and add an extra point to the spirograph; it shifts depending on how many cards are in the deck.

The captcha cards are displayed in a similar arrangement to Murrit's TV setup. When a card is "empty", it displays static. Whenever an item is captchalogued, one of the cards acts as a screen through which the item can be viewed in real-time. The item is not moved into the users' inventory, but instead remains exactly where it was. When the user wishes to retrieve the item, it is transported from its monitored location to his location instantly.

The user is able to freely retrieve and monitor whatever they like, but if the item is moved from its surveilled location, the signal is lost, and they can no longer retrieve the item unless they captchalogue it again.

This modus was created with Arcjec used his own modus to create a replica of his modus card, making this modus a phantom version of the Replica modus.
Originally given by Arcjec because he was tired seeing Ellsee carrying her items while travelling, this fetch modus is similar to his own Replica modus. The only difference is that, when a user captchalogues an item, its applications on the items placed within it are divided into two parts, the '''POSITIVE''' and '''NEGATIVE''' attributes phantom items in the regular modus normally would provide. Once something is captchalogued, its original form seems to be lost forever. For Ellsee's book, this created a "revised" book and a "corrupted" book. The '''Sylladex''' is the inventory system in ''[[Vast Error]]'', lifted {{MSPAW External|Sylladex|from ''Homestuck''.}}. Most player-controlled characters have a Sylladex to store and retrieve artifacts from, which consists of two decks of cards: the Captchalogue Deck and the [[Strife Deck]].

The word "sylladex" is presumably a portmanteau of "syllabus" and "index"; its plural is "sylladices". It's also possible that it's parodying the "Pokedex" from the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pokémon Pokémon] series.

==Captchalogue Deck==
The word "captchalogue" is a portmanteau of the words "captcha" and "catalogue". The word "captcha" hints the codes on the back of each card.

The Captchalogue Deck is where artifacts are stored to be used later. Artifacts of any size and shape are stored on Captchalogue Cards, and while stored, they have no physical size or weight, making the Sylladex much like a [[Wikipedia:Magic satchel|magic satchel]].

Some sylladices can store larger objects than others.

However, there is a limit to how many different items can be captchalogued, based on the number of cards in the character's deck. Captchalogue cards can be added to the Captchalogue Deck by captchaloguing them and then forcing them out of the deck. Once a player has too many cards to line up side-by-side on the screen, the cards are arranged in stacks.

Additionally, living things can also be captchalogued. However, it is unknown what it feels like to be inside a captchalogue card. It is also unknown if a person can captchalogue themselves, though this would probably be unlikely since doing so would create an infinite recursive loop due to the captchalougue card being held by the player, who is stored in the card.

==Fetch Modi==
The fashions in which artifacts are stored to and retrieved from the Sylladex depend on the currently active Fetch Modus. The active Fetch Modus can be chosen as long as the Sylladex has the card with the desired Fetch Modus. Each Fetch Modus has a unique color given to all Captchalogue cards in a Sylladex that uses it. When outside of a Sylladex, Captchalogue cards are red. Each Fetch Modus is more different from the last: some Fetch Modi are based on data structures, some are based on popular board games, some are just mundane.

Once captchalogued, a ghost image of an item captchalogued also appears in the inventory and the two forms of the items are linked.

When retrieving an item, the user can either retrieve the real item, retreive the ghost image item, or eject the captchalogued item completely. This would effectively be retrieving the real item while getting rid of the phantom. Phantom items, when used, usually have a stronger intended effect of the real item but have the potential to ruin the real item rather quickly.

A single captcha card holds a spot in the middle, which will always be a white card. It is also surrounded by an equal number of inaccessible black cards and accessible green cards.

The center card can be accessed and can have something new put in it at any time. Doing either of these actions will alter the arrangement of the spirograph.

Certain, usually complex, configurations will have some cards more accessible and others more inaccessible. If the center card is removed, depending on the configuration another specific card will be slotted into the center. Vice versa for if a card is added to the center slot. If a card is removed from a position that ISN'T the center, the configuration will change, but the center card will not.

However, more simple alterations will allow sets of cards to be moved around, without changing the graph, such as switching certain levels with each other.

Removing any currently accessible card, or adding an extra card, will change and add an extra point to the spirograph; it shifts depending on how many cards are in the deck.

The captcha cards are displayed in a similar arrangement to Murrit's TV setup. When a card is "empty", it displays static. Whenever an item is captchalogued, one of the cards acts as a screen through which the item can be viewed in real-time. The item is not moved into the users' inventory, but instead remains exactly where it was. When the user wishes to retrieve the item, it is transported from its monitored location to his location instantly.

The user is able to freely retrieve and monitor whatever they like, but if the item is moved from its surveilled location, the signal is lost, and they can no longer retrieve the item unless they captchalogue it again.
