==Etymology==
Cadlys is a corruption of the word "catalyst". Rankor most likely comes from the word "rancor", meaning "bitterness".

== Biography ==
Cadlys creates potions and acids of many different kinds and sells them on the dark web for a living if he deems them as failures. They make these concoctions in the safety of his bunker, located somewhere within a graveyard of skulltitan bones.

His goal is seemingly to create "aqua vitae", the water of life, which Secily describes as a liquid that is said to cleanse rivers and "bring those who are suffering back to reality once more." Their motive may be to heal Repiton and restore it.

At some point, Cadlys met his bonded matesprit, Mariel. They had also taken in Dia at one point, only briefly mentioning that she had lost everything.

== Personality and Traits ==
Cadlys is the type of person to conceal his true self, as seen by his literal mask and his metaphorical mask, his wide grin. They tend to be casual about most things. However, when it comes to things such as a certain concoction named Takeaway that he has stored away, the mask comes off and he presents himself as cold and dead serious, changing his quirk as a result.

They also became a bit vulnerable when talking about Dia, most likely having a very personal connection to whatever happened to her.

Secily is a variant of Cecily, a real-life name ultimately derived from Latin ''caecus ''(blind, dim-sighted). Iopara possibly comes from Iopara Inc., a wind turbine company.

Around 9 sweeps old or so, Secily was assigned to her first case as a regulator and sent out to track down a troll that had stolen from a bakery. When she found that troll, she found that the culprit was a child, spared her life, and told the child that she would never go hungry again.

Later, her bonded matesprit, Ahlina, was killed when ransom was not met. Afterwards, Secily was assigned a TEMP, Mshiri Libeta.

Some sweeps later, she was promoted to Chief Regulator, one of the highest positions she could possibly have as a regulator.

== Personality and Traits ==
Secily is cold, calculated and cynical, harboring some very pessimistic views on society and its inhabitants. She strives to keep an air of professionalism around her at all times and struggles whenever things aren't under her control. Thankfully for her, she's been in her line of work for long enough that she's gotten very good at keeping things under her control.

Secily has a mutation which allows her to recall any face, event or information she has previously learned as she pleases. In Snowbound Blood's narration, this is likened to information being photocopied directly into her mind.

[[Ahlina Robiad|Ahlina]] was and is perhaps the most important person in Secily's life, as her bonded matesprit before her death. Everything Secily does, she does for Ahlina's sake, whether it's to please her or avenge her death.

She has regret for being unable to save Ahlina before she died, and shows that regret in Volume 8.

[[Yeshin Laevis|Yeshin]] is Secily's kismesis. As such, she has a habit of getting under Secily's nerves.

=== Mshiri Libeta ===
[[Mshiri Libeta|Mshiri]] is Secily's moirail, though Secily harbors red feelings for Mshiri. Secily is only known to drop her quirk around Mshiri, who told her in their initial encounter not to play games with her (which led Secily to stop "playing a game" of chess with her quirk). The two met due to Mshiri, as a temporary meditation partner, being assigned to console Secily after the loss of her matesprit. Secily sees a lot of similarities between Mshiri and Ahlina, likely explaining Secily's feelings for her.

Mshiri knows Secily extremely well and can easily read her, despite her cold and guarded mannerisms with others.

=== Sestro Enthal & Hamifi Hekrix ===
[[Sestro Enthal|Sestro]] and [[Hamifi Hekrix|Hamifi]] are (some of) Secily's superiors. Sestro would like to engage in more casual and personal conversations with Secily if it weren't for Secily cutting him short. On the other hand, Hamifi is just as cold as Secily is when engaging in conversation, and doesn't waste even a sentence on anything other than Secily's direct task at hand.

Secily is mentioned to have practically raised the two, though Secily thinks of them strictly as employers for most of the game. However, when Secily learns that Sestro has entered a weakened state from overexerting himself, she's immediately concerned and questions Hamifi's decision not to call her about it. Hamifi soon after expresses that Secily taught Hamifi to not be sentimental nor trustful, but somewhat smiles when Secily admits that she does trust her. She's shown to have felt guilty about the way she raised Hamifi and Sestro in Volume 9 of Snowbound Blood, where she watches Hamifi play with children while in disguise.

Secily's relationship with Sestro and Hamifi becomes somewhat strained when she learns the truth behind her matesprit's death, despite their lack of actual involvement with the incident, but rather through association. After Secily's conversation with Gerbat, however, she commits to talking things out with Sestro to sort it out.

Pozzol may also be a lengthening of Pozzo (Italian for a well). Additionally, "Pozzo is a character from Samuel Beckett's play Waiting for Godot... On the surface he is a pompous, sometimes foppish aristocrat, cruelly using and exploiting those around him."

Broyer may come from the french verb broyer, which can mean "destroy", "crush" or "wreck".

Pozzol was first seen amongst the group of trolls that witnessed Ellsee's appearance in Stronghold 21. Pozzol approaches Ellsee and asks her about her blood color before she distracts the crowd with magic and whimsy.

He appeared in [[Necron Exmort|Necron]]'s [[Snowbound Blood: Volume Seven|route]] of [[Snowbound Blood: A Vast Error Story|Snowbound Blood]] with a heart on his necklace instead of a hand. His goal is seemingly to create "aqua vitae", the water of life, which Secily describes as a liquid that is said to cleanse rivers and "bring those who are suffering back to reality once more." Their motive may be to heal Repiton and restore it.

He quickly rose through the ranks of cheaters and scammers and started to make a name for himself, and eventually, he joined the television and show business.

Eventually he moved on to "''business'' business," steadily consuming more of a hold on the economy. At some point, he became involved with "cyphercash," the Repitonian equivalent of cryptocurrency, and was the one who singlehandedly popularized it. He personally crafted or at least popularized more than 1,000 forms of cyphercash, and even still is constantly thinking of new ones.

Bytcon can be likened to an explosive TV personality, constantly bursting with excitement and attention-grabbing phrases and offers. Bytcon's introduction to the world of business was as a young conman. Secily speculates that his interest was sparked more from greed than from desperation, simply finding it an enjoyable and profitable experience. He quickly rose through the ranks of cheaters and scammers and started to make a name for himself, and eventually, he joined the television and show business.

Eventually he moved on to "''business'' business," steadily consuming more of a hold on the economy. At some point, he became involved with "cyphercash," the Repitonian equivalent of cryptocurrency, and was the one who singlehandedly popularized it. He personally crafted or at least popularized more than 1,000 forms of cyphercash, and even still is constantly thinking of new ones.

Bytcon can be likened to an explosive TV personality, constantly bursting with excitement and attention-grabbing phrases and offers. He has a particular fondness for winning, which he is very good at doing, but also expresses contempt for the idea of mundanity and predictability. This love for the constantly fluctuating likely explains Bytcon's particular interest in cryptocurrency.

He's likened very frequently to rats, even though he apparently has no rat lusus on record. Both Secily and Endari refer to him as such, though only the latter says it to him (and only the latter uses it as a form of endearment). He's quick-thinking, agile and incredibly hard to track down and catch in the act, hence his continued freedom despite his presumed phenomenal track record of criminal acts.

Around 9 sweeps old or so, Secily was assigned to her first case as a regulator and sent out to track down a troll that had stolen from a bakery. When she found that troll, she found that the culprit was a child, spared her life, and told the child that she would never go hungry again.

Later, her bonded matesprit, Ahlina, was killed when ransom was not met. Afterwards, Secily was assigned a TEMP, Mshiri Libeta.

Some sweeps later, she was promoted to Chief Regulator, one of the highest positions she could possibly have as a regulator.

Secily is cold, calculated and cynical, harboring some very pessimistic views on society and its inhabitants. Sabine is employed as a junior designer for Corporate, designing all sorts of graphics for clients (ranging from logos for departments/products to Skorpe themes). He almost exclusively employs bright neon colors in his work, a decision that's every bit as intentional as it is eye-searing. His true passion, however, lies in audio production. Sabine enjoys music (dubstep in particular) and listens to it incredibly loudly and without consideration for the comfort of others.

Sabine is egotistical, intellectual, and obsessed with the idea of achievement and accomplishment. He loves being better than other people, and he thrives on feeling superior in whatever way he can by frequently pointing out minor ways he performs better than others.

His survival ability allows him to control sound waves, which allows him to do anything from making his voice echo to amplifying sounds around him to honing in on specific conversations in a crowded, busy room. He claims he's able to use his powers to hear a pin drop in the Black Depths, though the accuracy of this claim has yet to be confirmed.

She was first revealed in the February 11th Trollodex reveal, alongside an unknown troll. Her bullet points were:

==Etymology==
Secily is a variant of Cecily, a real-life name ultimately derived from Latin ''caecus ''(blind, dim-sighted). Iopara possibly comes from Iopara Inc., a wind turbine company.

== Biography ==
Around 9 sweeps old or so, Secily was assigned to her first case as a regulator and sent out to track down a troll that had stolen from a bakery. When she found that troll, she found that the culprit was a child, spared her life, and told the child that she would never go hungry again.

Later, her bonded matesprit, Ahlina, was killed when ransom was not met. Afterwards, Secily was assigned a TEMP, Mshiri Libeta.

Some sweeps later, she was promoted to Chief Regulator, one of the highest positions she could possibly have as a regulator.

== Personality and Traits ==
Secily is cold, calculated and cynical, harboring some very pessimistic views on society and its inhabitants. She strives to keep an air of professionalism around her at all times and struggles whenever things aren't under her control. Thankfully for her, she's been in her line of work for long enough that she's gotten very good at keeping things under her control.

Secily's survival ability allows her to recall any face, event or information she has previously learned as she pleases. In Snowbound Blood's narration, this is likened to information being photocopied directly into her mind.

[[Yeshin Laevis|Yeshin]] is Secily's kismesis. As such, she has a habit of getting under Secily's nerves.

=== Mshiri Libeta ===
[[Mshiri Libeta|Mshiri]] is Secily's moirail, though Secily harbors red feelings for Mshiri. Secily is only known to drop her quirk around Mshiri, who told her in their initial encounter not to play games with her (which led Secily to stop "playing a game" of chess with her quirk). The two met due to Mshiri, as a temporary meditation partner, being assigned to console Secily after the loss of her matesprit. Secily sees a lot of similarities between Mshiri and Ahlina, likely explaining Secily's feelings for her.

Mshiri knows Secily extremely well and can easily read her, despite her cold and guarded mannerisms with others.

[[Sestro Enthal|Sestro]] and [[Hamifi Hekrix|Hamifi]] are (some of) Secily's superiors. Sestro would like to engage in more casual and personal conversations with Secily if it weren't for Secily cutting him short. On the other hand, Hamifi is just as cold as Secily is when engaging in conversation, and doesn't waste even a sentence on anything other than Secily's direct task at hand.

Secily is mentioned to have practically raised the two, though Secily thinks of them strictly as employers for most of the game. However, when Secily learns that Sestro has entered a weakened state from overexerting himself, she's immediately concerned and questions Hamifi's decision not to call her about it. Hamifi soon after expresses that Secily taught Hamifi to not be sentimental nor trustful, but somewhat smiles when Secily admits that she does trust her.

Secily's relationship with Sestro and Hamifi becomes somewhat strained when she learns the truth behind her matesprit's death, despite their lack of actual involvement with the incident, but rather through association. After Secily's conversation with Gerbat, however, she commits to talking things out with Sestro to sort it out.
